I-LEAD designed ACE to address the primary barriers that prevent disadvantaged populations from pursuing a college degree. I-LEAD enrolls adult learners in an accredited college program delivered on-site at community based organizations during evening hours, in an accelerated cohort-based format that complements rather than conflicts with the competing demands of work and family.
